Critical Aftermath Decontamination

(Edmonton)
Critical Aftermath is a Crime and Trauma Scene Decontamination Company, which provides clean up and decontamination services for crime and trauma scenes, hoarding and gross filth, unattended death, remediation sites, quarantines, and odour problems, serving Edmonton and rural areas of Alberta.
Our staff are professionally trained and certified. We understand the difficulties of dealing with the aftermath of a critical event and make every effort to handle these situations quickly and discreetly.
Once the scene is released from the police and a work order has been completed, our crew begin clean up and decontamination procedures. We are equipped with Level C Personal Protection Equipment graded by the Environmental Protection Agency. We are compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines for bloodborne and airborne pathogens and the handling and disposal of these hazardous materials. All biohazardous materials we collect from site are properly contained, transported and disposed of in accordance with local regulations at an approved facility. We are well versed and have a written copy of our blood borne pathogens and hazard communications standards. Our powerful botanical cleaning and disinfecting agents are approved by Health Canada and Environment Canada and kill 99.99 percent of Viruses, Bacteria, Mold, Fungal Spores, HIV and mycobacteria. These cleaning agents are 100% safe for humans, animals and the environment.
It is very difficult to determine cost in this business. Our crew has to first complete a personal inspection of the area to determine the extent of contamination and how long it will take to clean up and decontaminate. Our estimate considers the amount of time for decontamination, personal protection equipment, and cleaning and decontaminating agents needed. For difficult situations, the cost of completion can increase due to extra time needed to complete. We will not increase the amount of the estimate by more than 20%.
Most insurance companies will reimburse our cost of services, depending on your coverage. Victims' services also have programs for alleviating these costs.
We understand life isn't always on a schedule. We are prepared for your call and our professional staff will respond 24/7 to assist you in your time of need.
Critical Aftermath is a family owned business serving the province of Alberta and we take great pride in our work and our caring customer service.
