Realty Nurses is a local real estate investment company which provides private mortgages in Edmonton, Fort Mac Murray and surrounding areas of Alberta. The husband and wife team specialize in helping families own a home through their rent to buy program options when traditional financing through the bank is not possible. We offer a large number of programs for buying homes, 2nd mortgages, foreclosure and selling homes quickly as well.

We started Realty Nurses so that we could help people with credit problems own a home or to get out of there unfortunates real estate situations and nurse them back to financial health.

we understand the obstacles in ascertaining traditional mortgages at the bank and we are committed to helping people realize their dream to own a home.

Conventional mortgages are restrictive and are only available to those who fit traditional criteria.

We do things differently with private mortgages because we believe that everyone deserves and has the right to own a home and life’s circumstances should not prevent you from realizing your dream to own a home!
